Shipping & Payment
Postage is always free within the Czech Republic and Europe. We send your orders through PPL to the address you specify or to the pick-up point you choose when completing your order.
You can pay for your order by credit card, via PayPal or in installments with Klarna. Cashless payment by bank transfer is also possible. In that case, your order will be sent after the payment has been credited to our bank account. We do not send cash on delivery orders.
Returns & Claims
You can return products purchased through our e-shop without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. To return the goods, please use form, which you fill out and place in the postal box with the goods upon the return. If possible, always return the goods in the original postal box. Returned goods must be unworn and in the original packaging and with all the original tags. The shipment can be returned again via PPL carrier, for free, using the self-adhesive label that you receive with your shipment. Mark the package with this label and take it to the nearest PPL delivery point you can find a list of here. Please always inform us in advance about the decision to return the goods by e-mail to the address info@labskyjewellery.com, to avoid misunderstandings. Don't forget to include your order number.
You can claim goods if it does not meet description or quality described on our website, is non-functional, damaged or has other defects that occurred after its delivery. The procedure is the same as for returning goods. Please don't forget to always contact us first via e-mail info@labskyjewellery.com.
